NO LEGAL GROUNDS FOR THE NULIFICATION

DEAR EXPERTS,A PETITION FOR NULIFICATION HAS BEEN FILED BY WIFE UNDER SECTION 25 OF SPL MRG ACT BUT THERE IS NOTHING ACORDING TO THIS IN THE PETITION.THERE ARE MERE ALLEGATIONS AND CONTRADICTION.BOTH WERE MAJOR BUT IT WAS ALLEGED BY THE WIFE THAT I THREATENED HER TO MARRY IF NOT I WOULD KILL HER.2) DID NOT LIVE 2GETHER SO NOT CONSUMATTER.(THE TRUTH IS THAT MRG HAS BEEN CONSUMATTED.3)I WAS CRUEL TO HER FROM THE BEGINING OF THE MARRIGE.THESE ARE THE FACTS OF THE CASE.WHAT TO DO HERE.PLS ENLIGHTEN ME FURTHER.

Gopan you need to file a written statement denying the allegations and givnig evidence evidence that support your version of truth.....Her petition will not hold good if the allegations are proved false...

 

 

Have a good lawyer to do that....

It was an intercaste and secretly kept marriage.Wife is under pressure of her parents.
