My aunt owns an Agricultural Land in Tamilnadu. Her name is in Kootu Patta, There are 5 people names in the Kootu Patta(Joint Patta) including her name. Now she wants to come out of the Kootu Patta(Joint Patta) to get Single Patta. But out of the 4 People names in the Kootu Patta, only one person is traceable but the details address of the other 3 people in the kootu patta remains unknown. What is the procedure to get Single Patta from Joint Patta in this case.
