No rti reply received

check with the school authorities wheater that comes under rtc purview because private organisation does not comply rti

Private schools do not fall under the RTI ambit. You should have known that before filing RTI. 

 

You may visit the school individually & extract the facts by bribing the peon or the office clerk working there. However, by the time your wife must be aware that about what you are looking for.

earlier, i got the RTI reply from her first private school where she worked for 2 years and the school authorties terminated her due to frequent leaves.

she supressed this in s24HMA application. after she got the order, she joined in another second school.

but i didnt get any reply from this school.

do you advise to call up the school from my cell and enquire about it? will it be helpful?

@ ravi move an application u/s 91 crpc in the same court in which you provide complete address and name of the school and made a request to the court to give direction to the principal/director of the school to submit complete service detail of your wife alongwith salary and other benefits before the court , in this way you can get all her details don't file any rti .
