No rti response from pio and apio

Hi All,

I had applied for RTI to PIO and waited for 2 months and after not getting response, I applied to RTI with APIO(Appeliate Authority) and its been almost 3 weeks and have not heard from them.  What are the alternatives available with me, when I don't hear from APIO?  How long should I wait?

I had applied for RTI with BBMP, BDA Bangalore.
