Sir,
If a person is a govt servant in organisation A and he applied for another govt job at higher pay scale in B before joining A.The person is selected for B.
i)Do that person needs NOC from A to join B after resigning A due to personal reasons
II)Will relieving order from A not be sufficient.
I am asking this question becoz i have seen an offer of appointment from govt of india where NOC as well as Relieving order both are required at the time of joining.
