Noc for operating account and locker

Hello Expert In my first motion I have written That I will give NOC for operating the bank locker for XYZ bank in ABC branch , the other party can operate the said bank locker only after decree of divorce . Current situation is that my divorce order is passed and I have given NOC as mentioned in my agreement but now bank is not letting the other party operate locker and account based on NOC and they are asking me to go bank and sign some documents which are bank formalities (this was never part of the contract) and I don’t want to do anything extra now . Please suggest what all can happen in this case . Locker has all the gold which was given by me and also some which my wife had already , is there a way I can save that now . Regards
