We have 49 refugee shops allotted by govt in 1948 in Nagpur. Now at the time of renewal of lease Govt is asking for NOC from Town Planning dept. National Highway Authority is coming up with a flyover for which they have given NOC stating that they dont need to acquire any land and will be constructing a fly over on a available space in the middle of the road. Please let me know whether in these circumstances whether NOC from T.P . Dept is still required or can be waived.
