Noc limit in government banks and rrbs and other gov. org.

Dear Sir(s),

My bank is an RRB and it has limited me to apply for only 2 NOCs in an year vide their old circular. I want to apply more but if I apply without NOC it makes me to not show my past employement and shows me unemployed. Is this type of rules are eligible? Can they put a bar on my eligibility to other exams? can they not allow me to sit in an exam for which I am eligible? This only makes me old and angry and I am loosing out of many good exams.

Regards,

Abhishek

They did not say that they will not allow you to apply or they will not give NOC. All that they said is that  in a year, they will give 2 NOCs.  It is their policy.  Nothing wrong or illegal about it.

If you feel that you are not comfortable with their policy, then you can very well quit the job, feel free and apply for as many jobs as you may wish.  In that case, their policy will not affect you at all.
