My deceased husband nominated my father in law in company provided insurance , gratuity and pf before my marriage . My father in law is not a dependent parent (he is pensioner) and my mother in law is dependent on my father in law . Now I want to apply succession certificate to claiming that amount .
Will court provide succession certificate on favour of me (100%) .
