If a boy working in some organisation has nominated his parents for his P F, GRATUITY ,INSURANCE etc . Is that nominee automatically gets changed after his marriage & his wife becomes automatic nominee?
If so what is the vice versa rules in case of the working girls?
what is the rule in case of a boy whose death is abnormal just afer marriage?

NO, After the marriage the employee must inform the emplyer as well as the PF Authorities (whether trustees or commissioners) about the change in nominees. By not doing so, the nominees whose names are reflecting on the documents and as mentioned before marrige will enjoy to be the nominees. Alternatively, court cases and the succession acts will be applicable. Through this communication, I would request all the employers and employees to ensure at the end of a calender year if they want a change in the name of nominee. We had bitter experience exactly on thsi specific matter so this suggestion.
