Pl. clarify about the income to get Non-creamy Layer Certificate.Is it the income other than salary and agricultural income? If a OBC person having salary income 12 lac but other income just 65000/ is eligible to get Non-Creamy Certificate for his son? Pl. send information in this regards because local authorities are unable to clarify this point perfectly.The limit now is 6 Lac. Is it the limit for other income irrespective of salary and agricultural income? Thanks
