Non disclosure of information

In case an FIR is lodged and it can be established that the informant did not disclose the names of all the witness in order to build a stronger case, can this be used by the accused in Court to show that the FIR was not a true detail of events and that the informant had given a wrong picture of events which took place.

Your conception of FIR is totally incorrect.  There is no need to mention list of witnesses in FIR.  After FiR is registered, the criminal process gets set in motion  and the police will investigate and prepare the list of witnesses at the time of filing the Charge sheet.
