Non hiring zone - gurgaon

If company do not provide CAB at 8 PM in Gurgaon saying you are staying in Gurgaon but it is non hiring zone. Do I take legal action on them.

Are they move from there responsibility saying said location is non hiring zone

Please go through the offer for employment letter, your agreement, and such order on providing CAB to employees.  If they have stated such CAB providing a perk at Gurgaon also then you are entitled to such perk.  In general, the employee should make his own arrangements to come to the office and if there is a supporting clause of providing a cab first you can represent as a request for providing a CAB to you explaining the difficulties, if any you may explore for other actions.  But, it is not advisable to enter into conflicts and legal disputes with a powerful employer as it may spoil the peace or the working atmosphere.  Contact a local advocate if you persist in such legal action against your own employer.
