Non-judicial stamp paper

Hello everyone!!

I wanted to ask whether there is any relation between the amount of the non-Judicial stamp paper (e.g. denomination 10, 20, 50, 100 etc) and the amount of the bond/agreement signed between two parties.

Also is it always necessary to sign on (by the party agreeing to the terms) each and every page of bond/agreement for its validity?
