Non-payment of fees by a non-claimant to arbitrator

In a arbitration case , before the arbitrator, I am a non-claimant. There are total 3 claimants and 3 non-claimants, out of them 2 non-claimants, including me, do not want to pay fees to the arbitrator. What harm can occur to the 2 non-claimants,or what order can be passed by the arbitrator against the 2 non-claimants ?
