Non payment of salaries

Sir what legal recourses are available to an aggrieved employee where his salaries are pending for the last 8 months and his full and final settlement is yet to be prepared after his resignation from job. Is it possible for an employee of a private company to file his complain through the "samadhan" portal under the Ministry of Labour, GOI.

Kindly guide with the steps one can take up for an early and positive resolution of the issue.

You have resort to legal action by first issuing a legal notice demanding your dues.

Afterward you can either approach a labor forum for remedy or a civil court for recovery of your dues by filing a civil money recovery suit.

Issue legal notice through a local prudent lawyer followed by claim in the jurisdictional court / Tribunal / authority governing subject.
