I worked for company called Almamate on a contract basis for 5 days...for which they hav to pay me @4000 per day.
In the invoice they have mentioned that they will pay after45 days. bt no bdy in the company is responding or picking up calls.
its almost 2 mnths now.
What shall i do now to hav my payment

This appears to be default in payment for a piece work contracted accordingly. If you have evidences for the said contract, you may first issue a legal notice to the company demanding the amount due to you, on the basis of the reply you may decide about next course of action.
