Hi,
My employer do not give us salary on time. Even if we get its once in 3-4 months that too for 1 month only. If we ask they do not reply anything. Can you help me as to what can i do in this case. I am facing lots of hardships because of this. What are the options avaliable for me. Can i file a case aganist them? If yes what and who can help me in this.

You may approach the o/o Asst/ Deputy Labor Commissioner, as the case may be in your location.
You can submit an email also however mark a copy to Labor Commissioner.
They can otherwise also take a suo moto notice of such matters.
