Non-response from opposite party in consumer court case

I initiated legal proceedings in the consumer court regarding the damage to my car. The court served a notice to the opposing party on 29/09/2023, instructing them to respond within 30 days of receiving the notice. Additionally, a hearing date was scheduled for 08/12/2023. Regrettably, the opposing party failed to respond within the specified timeframe set by the court. I would appreciate your guidance on the next steps in this matter.
