Dear Concern,
I would like to inform you that since 2 September 2013, I am working with Collective Growth Pvt ltd. But when the salary date is coming they refuse me to give salary. except me else every one is getting their salary.. Now they mentally tourture me so that I can resign from my post. They are asking me a sale only then they release my salary.I have the offer letter and appointment letter generated by the company
Kindly request you please help me.

You issue legal notice and file criminal complaint against company.

If you resign with immediate effect company may square off your dues citing notice period. If at all you have to resign submit notice of resignation preferably by redg. post.
If company accepts it verbally with immediate effect submit minutes of discussion and that you want to serve full notice period tendered by you and earn salary.

Earned wages have to be paid by usual pay day.
Employee c an approach:
Trade Unions, O/o Labor Commissioner, Inspector under Payment of Wages Act (Applicable to all employees drawing wages up to Rs18000/pm as per def. of wages as in the Act), Inspector under Shops and Commercial Establishments Act of your state……………civil court.
Look for another employment and settle your future venture as ap.
