SIRS,
please advoice me to what to do for not giving possession on the part of house gifted by father ( acquired by him self ) I have areenged meetings with eldrs 4 times but he is not hearing the words of the elders not vaccating the house. the problem is i have to dismantel the part of the house and construct tha new.

I am not a advocate. I am like you facing similar problem.
Such situations happen because there is hardly any law and order for influential persons. If the grabber is more influential than you, he can grab your things. If you are more influential you can (if you want) his things. Ongoing law of land is - Might is right.
My apologies to custodians of law and order, if they don't agrre to it. They may say - law is there, but it takes time. My answer is - Justice delayed is justice denied....

your father registered a gift deed in your favour at registrar office, if yes then u file a suit for vacant house to your brothers etc.....
