Me and my flatmate had started living on a rented apartment with a agreement signed on for 11 months.
In middle of this agreement on start of 6th month my partner decides to leave the apartment without making any arrangements for another tenant or without my alignment on the notice period submission.
Even after having multiple conversation my partner is not ready to understand and my owner has decided to not indulge in this matter and asked to pay the whole rent in case I stay. Is there a law suit to protect such victim ?
Please see : My partner is not ready to make any arrangements or pay any rent but this was not the case for past 6 months.
