Hello,
i have a residential property in delhi which was given on rent and the tenant was Holding office over it. So there is commercial activity going on that property and it was with my consent. Now i got notice from the SDM that i m doing commercial activity on it which is illegal and told me to appear before SDM in 2 days. Now what should i do? Also my tenant on that property is nt paying rent n not even vacating that property. I m in trouble from both sides

Under which provision of law SDM has summoned you ?
Is there any complaint against the tenant for some illegal activity ?
It would be better to consult and engage a local prudent lawyer for appreciation of facts/ documents, professional advise and necessary proceeding.
