Dear Sir,
I have been working in a PSU for two years, I resigned on 17.07.2010 giving three months notice period and requesting for relieving after completion of three months period i.e. by 18th October.
On reciept of my resignation HR department issued me a letter that my resignation is under process and i shall be relieved from my services on 16.10.2010.
Now my eployer have given me a letter that as no new assignment have been marked to me and all my previous assignments have been tapered off, I will be released earlier from my services on 03rd September 2010. I have never requested for an early release.
They have not mentioned anything regarding my notice pay and payment for earned leaves.
Kindly advise whether I can ask the company to pay me the salary for remaining notice period and what about my earned leaves.
Please reply at the earliest as time is very short for me.
