notice pay recovery

I am employee of FCI and resign just 30 June due to selection in state government service and want to get relieve on 10 july 17, I have already taken permission to sit in exam and NOC from FCI autherty. Can I have to pay notice pay.

You may have to for shortfall in notice period, per applicable service conditions.
