Dear All,
Someone please guide me about the Notice Period Clause generally mentioned in appointment letters. I have following query:-
1. Maximum period one can mentioned. whether this is defined in any act. If nothing is mentioned in any act what should be reasonable period.
2. It is mendotary to work till notice period or one can pay notice pay and leave the organisation.
If any judgement by Hon'ble Supreem Court in this regard.
Please inform me.
