How should I send a notice through WhatsApp to my siblings for partition of my share in the property?
How should I go about with it?
What precautions should be taken?
Is there any section or act that needs to be mentioned for sending the notice message through WhatsApp?

You can get served the notices to opposite parties through e-mail and whatsapp with the permission of court.

It only says WhatsApp notice is acceptable but there are no guidelines and that blue ticks are sufficient proof. But no guidelines on to how to go about it. No Act or Section of Law is mentioned.
