In a civl case the plaint got an Interim injunction - it was an exparte order. Now we filed a CMA i the higher court. The Higher court directed us to send notice to the Plaint(of lower court).
Now we have to send notice to the Plaint or to his Lawyer? When the I.A was sent to us by the plaint, the plaint's lawyer had specified that the address of the plaint is that of his lawyers.
After we sent notice to the plaint's lawyer - we have got a reply from the lawyer that it has to be sent to the Plaint's address.
We are confused
