I see so many issues with the companies here and the kind of problems they create for employees during resignation, notice period, harrassment for service letters etc.. I wonder if people really approach courts and given the complexity and time taken in Indian legal system, do they ever get relief and justice..
I am also facing an isse and am thinking about taking the legal help but not really sure.. ( for a multinational IT company)
I have read in some threads that companies do not want to get into legal aspects and once you serve them notice, they usually yield.. How far is that true in harrassment cases?
Can someone please throw a light on this?
