Nps case in mumbai high court

We have a writ petetion filed in Mumbai high court against NPS, though the hearing was done continuously a year ago due to some reasons the same couldnt be continued and now we are not getting dates for the hearing and even if we get the dates and numbered the same doesn't come up for hearing.  If there is a way out to appoint the same bench in which the continuous hearing was done a year back so that the case could be concluded at the earliest..

There is no way out.The need is to wait for the outcome from the judiciary.!!! There is no law above maintenance as of now.

Can we file a separate case in other state so that there is an option for early hearing is possible or if the opponent may seek clubbing if both cases in a common court is possible..

As of now there may be no court cases in connection with Terminal benefits/Pension claims.Pending Issue of Relevant O.M represented by accepted version of seventh pay commission report, remaining issues can be resolved by the !!! Aadalat Cell!!! functioning in all government organisations...

As advised by experts, you need to have more patience waiting for the outcome.

Can you share the copy of your writ for my academic interest??

When the matter is in court copy of the judgement need to be serviced to the organisation concerned for obtaining orders from the competent authorities for implementation.Relevant Rule has to undergo a change by means of corrections/modifications to the existing Rules. For this purpose, judgement copy is required...Regards slakshmanrao3@gmail.com
