Null and void marriage

Hi,

  How much time it will take for judgement for void and null marriage from the date of case filed. And for how many dates the case will be closed if other party was not presented to court. Please give me reply

  If the party is not coming on the dates, so it will become exparty. But it will take around 1 year.

I think IPC is clear that even one default is enough ground in cases where enough of time has already lapsed. Let alone absence, even adjournments is not permitted. But, then the court should be comvinced that the other party is deliberately not attending court and that something untoward has not happened to the other party which has incapacitated the other party.

Some prominent aspects that will answer the question are:

* How long since you separated?

* Has case been filed? When?

* What are the developments?

* Why not try out of court agreement to rejoin or break?
