Number of leaves to be given to Contract Employee from the contractor

hi,

Can anyone help me out withe the number of leaves to be given to contract employee in a year according to the labour law?

if registered as a factory then 1 day for every copleted 20 days.

if other establishment then 12 day as sick leave and 15 days as EL for every completed 1 year. or as stipulated under the respective shops act.

Contract Act: What are the leaves available for unorganised labour, but perinnial works. Sambasiva
