O13 R1 Originals to be produced on or before Framing
Alongwith WS the list and xerox copies of documents such as statements of bank, rent receipts, certificates etc medical bills were submitted.
And now the framing of issues is done and now the evidence will be taken
My question is that 'Is the above documentary evidence going to be read during the exam in chief? or will it be rejected on reason that original were not provided?
as to Original docs, the party was reluctant to submit the same but has always been ready to furnish for perusal whenever asked by court to be returned immediately to party.
Please answer as to how the proceeding happens in above generally.
