Oath to Atheist witness

In a civil suit the Plaintiff is going to examine an Atheist as a witness. What kind of Oath should be administered to Atheist Witness?

The Oaths Act,1969 have laid down the forms of oath that can be administered to a witness. A witness can either swear in the name of God or he can "solmnly affirm". So even if a witness is an atheist, he can state on solemn affirmation.
