My question is regarding the OBC (Non-creamy layer) certificate for UPSC / Civil Services posts. Can you please help me understand the following w.r.t OBC certificate. Any links are available, please share:
- What is the eligibility criteria to get an OBC (Non-creamy layer) certificate ?
- In case of deceased father, whose name is allowed on the OBC (Non-creamy layer) certificate - Mother / Late Father ?
- What is the validity of the OBC (Non-creamy layer) certificate ?
