Obc ncl certificate

My father died recently. He was having annual income above 08 lakh. As per State norms even salary is counted for OBC certificate. Now my mother is receiving pension of my father. Can I get OBC certificate on the basis of pension amount which is far below the ceiling limit of 08 lakh or will i have to wait for 03 years more because previous three years income is counted and in such a case my father's income will be taken into account? In short will fathers' income continue to be counted even after his demise?

The income of the preceding three years should not have exceeded Rs. 8,00,000 and if it is less than 8,00,000 even in one of the last three years, then also you are eligible for OBC non creamy layer reservation certificate

You are ineligible for the certificate for 3 years.
