Obc reservation for candidates whose parents working in class c grade govt job

The criteria for creamy layer pertains to annual income of the parents / individual but not classification of job.

As per this document in page no.8 Income or wealth test it is mentioned that income should not be considered from salary or agricultural land.

As per this even if its more than 8 LPA of salary person can belong to OBC ? 

Apart from income, the type of jobs or professions in which the parents are engaged are also taken into consideration to decide on creamy layer..

In order to qualify as an OBC non creamy layer candidate, the applicant's parents' annual income should be less than Rs 8 lacs .”Income” here refers only to the income of the parents; the candidate's income is not considered.
