In 2000, I borrowed ₹10,000 from someone and didn't return it because he introduced me to bad habits. He encouraged me to commit fraud to make money, promising to take me to book movie actresses type women. He is a pimp. Technically, this was fraud and enticement, making me a victim of youth and so I threatened with death if will ask me money again. He never filed a police complaint, so I didn't care. Anyways, he's a blackmailer, pimp, drunk, uneducated, gambler, peddlar who contacts students and teaches them bad habits. He is a South Brahmin or someother uu pper caste I think. I never met him afterwards and never dreamt of taking drugs, s*xing brothels, murder planning, raping someone etc.
Now, I'm dealing with an international fraud case involving ₹10 crores and I'm going to win. He called me recently, demanding money and threatening to use a polygraph test on himself to prove I defrauded him. I told him to get lost. If he files a complaint against me, can I counter-charge him for extortion, considering he should have filed the complaint back in 2004?
What can I do if he frauds me like this?
Can I lie that I don't know you? But he's taking a polygraphi test!
So I'll tell f off to him and stick by extortion case on him. How does it sound? These are very cheap people in villages.
