Obstruction of other vehicle while parking my car

Hi,

I have a stilt parking space and there are two vehicle that obstruct me from parking my car. The obstructing ar is parked in the open parking space and the society did not realise that this allocation of parking space will cause me a problem while parking my car. Now i have written two letter to the society to sort this problem out and they are reluctant to take and action.

I wan to see what legal way i can go though to get this settled as soon as possible.

Can some one advice me with details.

Regards

I heard this at multiple places -  including in my apartment where I live.

'obstruct' with out seeing it can be interpreted by many people in many ways..

It could be

1. It is totally blocking your way to go to other side.

2. It makes you struggle little to take out car/park the car, but definitely you can reach the other side.

3. You may have spend most of your time every time you remove/park the car.

In which category you are in ?

To tell you frankly - it all depends at the skill level of driver too.  Unless it is 100% blocking the way,.

Dear friend

Thats the common problem. However, try and sort this out amicably. If the need comes you will have to file civil suit for injunction and easmentary rights.
