Obtaining stay order

There has been an illegal construction on property despite of the fact the suit is pending in the city civil court. please tell me where i can get stay order and what will be the cost for that if i dont appoint a lawyer for this

first of all you should take out a notice of motion in the suit which is pending, asking for interim reilief by the way of injunction on any activity on the suit property or status quo. Sir my suggestion would be you hire a lawyer for the same since it has to be brought before the court very exhaustive if not done properly the party in possession is free to do carry out any activity on the suit property.
