Is there any case law for the occupancy certificate not obtained by builder who is forcing the
redevelopment society members to take possesion of the flats as he cannot pay the rent until
the Occupancy Certificate is obtained and who has sold out all the commercials
on the redevelop plot. further if with mutual concern society wants to bind the builder with any undertaking
for which builder is legally bound to follow as per law any such format available please share your
view points and do let me know.
