Dear Experts,
We have some land in my home town. This land some others guys are ocuped with registration. I have check with local revenue department. They are already issued the Patta Pass books also.
I have taken the EC from Register Department from the Year 1933 in that EC the land owners are my Grand Father, My Father and My uncle. But this guys are not sold them.
I have checked in EC in that in 2002 some other lady is resterted the land insted of us but she is no more connected with my land and my father passedout on 2008.
how can i processed Legelly.
