Dear Sir's ,
I hold a managerial post at a realestate advisory group in mumbai , i have a question on partition of a office layout in two parts and selling each of them separately , this is a single office layout owned by a MNC in South Mumbai , the client have plan to sell one the partition and retain the other partition for sometime .
Please guide me on the process and legalty procedures ,
