Official documents

If a Govt. employ got official documents (regarding himself / self) but without permission of his higher officials. (Because of his higher officials disturbing him due to political pressure). Then what is law for it.

You need to explain a little more about the official papers so that good advice can be given to you. nevertheless I will try to answer based on what you have provided. If the official papers are stolen then it is a criminal offence even though those papers might be about the person concerned. You have mentioned that his higher officials are disturbing him due to political pressure. It appears that the higher officials are trying to blackmail your friend and they have got some false papers that are in original in nature to apply pressure in making that person do something that they would not do otherwise. The law is that you need to apply to the court to get the original papers details changed or the information in it quashed.
