Dear experts,
We made a property registered agreement for future registration of 3 months from date of agreement. The total property cost is 4000000 and paid advance of 1000000 during agreement and rest of the amount to be settled during registration. During agreement the property survey number is 40/1 and katha number is245. Due to lack of money with mutual understanding we again excuted registration agreement by paying 10 more lac totally 20lacs. Before executing second registered land owner made survey sketch and all for the same property during which properties sub pode got changed to(40/6). But in new agreement we still mentioned the old number(40/2) with correct katha number245. Does it has any impact in future before registration?
