May I request opinion from the Club on this issue of the legal process
not taking note of a fundamental petiition by a borrower to order a
bank to furnish details of accounts ?

I would value comments from the members of this group on this issue of
fundamental banking problems, which also happens to be an example of
inaction by the Government of India. What is more important is that it
shows the acute difficulties in going through the judicial process.
