I need advice regarding one case my uncle is facing regarding Corruption in CBI court.
There were 7 officers booked in Prevention and corruption act by CBI Chandigarh, during the trial 3 of them moved to high court for quash and other issue with the case. The High court provided them relief and quashed the proceeding against them.
The submitted high court order in CBI court and they were released from charges based on direction from High court. But rest are still facing the trial as current judge is no mood to set them free.
So any suggestion or judgement which can help them on this
They are thinking to move to high court chd. Please suggest any competent lawyer who had experience these cases and can help them will be highly appreciated
