to all followed learned people over here, being new to law studies i had a question, which i hereby present in front of you learned and practicing people, Is it possible to directly put your civil case in high court or need to specified through same chaneelized process from lower to upper.

If so perpetual through an channelized way from lower to upper side, it took years for an matter to be subsized legally especially in lower court, therefore any of the standards to directly appeal in higher court for a speedy judgement,  if there being one so kindly share.

Dear Mr Harsh,

Everybody agrees that the present adversial  justice system is   extremely slow.

What is the nature of your dispute?

You may consider, shifting to Arbitration, Conciliation, and Even to  LOK ADALAT.  It is much faster and also economical.

If your case involves infringement  Fundasmenta righte and even other rights you could put in a WRIT petition under Art 32 to the Supreme Court  and also to the HIGH COURT for Fundamental rights and other rights  under Art 226 of the Constitution
