I was working in the state department government of Haryana before my selection in university. As per requirement, i had to submit my resignation to the department, which i submitted from 12-2-2011 after depositing one month salary. My resignation was accepted on 13-2-2011 from 12-2-2011 and I was relieved in 14-2-2011 forenoon, on the basis of which i submitted my joining to the next employer on 14-2-2011 forenoon. Now as per salary statement issued by the previous DDO, the salary of 13-2-2011 has not been granted. When asked in this matter he told me that since my resignation was accepted from 12-2-2011, the department has nothing to do with you after that. He has relieved me on 14-2-2011 so please clearify who will deposit my salary for date 13-2-2011?
