I am a assistant professor in an engineering institute. At the same time persuing my PhD on a part time basis..two years back my institute anounced that PhD registered candidates will get a day research leave weekly..Suddenly now they are coming up with a one sided bond to work for 2years after completion of PhD. No financial compensation is mentioned in the bond statement...
Employees who will not sign the bond will not be able to avail the research leave...
it would be very kind if someone guide me with the conciquences of breaking such bond as not signing the bond would hamper my research work.
